At GOOD ART HLYWD, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original GOOD ART HLYWD packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and pouches are included.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable, insured courier service to send the package back to our Los Angeles foundry.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
